With the rapid development of society and the improvement of people's living standards, many things are developing in a good direction, but what has not changed is the cotton quilt we often use. From the older generation to us, every household has one Cotton quilt, but it is a quilt, if it is not exposed to the sun for three months, it will really breed 6 million mites. This statement is not alarmist.
Mites are microscopic pests that are not easily visible to the naked eye. They are the vector of skin infectious diseases, such as chronic urticaria, chronic asthma, and chronic allergic rhinitis. 95% of them are caused by mites. It likes to live in a warm and humid environment, so to eliminate mites, two sharp tools must be provided: ventilation and light.
After getting up in the morning, it is best not to fold the quilt immediately, turn over the side that is in contact with the body, spread it on the bed, and then open the windows at home to ventilate and reduce the humidity of the quilt.
On cloudy days or when the weather is cold, it is inconvenient to go out to dry the quilt. We can use the electric heater or electric blanket at home to heat and dry the quilt so that mites cannot survive in the humid season.

During sleep, the human body automatically discharges sweat. The sweat-absorbent nature of the quilt determines the quality of our sleep. Everyone has experienced the feeling of sweating after a cold. The sweat in the body cannot be completely absorbed and discharged by the quilt, and the sweat on the body feels uncomfortable. , and will not sleep well. Therefore, the moisture absorption and perspiration wicking of the quilt are also very important.
It is best to dry the quilt in the sun for more than two days in a row. When drying, the front and back of the quilt should be dried alternately, so that it can be fully exposed and kill the mites. It is recommended that you use cotton quilts with quilt covers and other outer coverings so that you can clean the quilt covers and other outer coverings when washing. When storing the quilt, be sure not to put heavy pressure on it. Long-term heavy pressure will change the shape of the quilt, making the material elastic and weak, and the fluffiness and feel will become worse, affecting warmth retention. When storing the quilt, you can also add some desiccant to keep the quilt dry.
